When you have a listing one of the first things you need to do is create a flier for that property so buyers have something to take with them to remind them about the features fo the property.  In fact, these fliers are so important to your marketing program that sometimes you will even create this flier as part of your listing presentation...to show the seller you are serious about marketing their property.  But preparing them is a time consuming activity and requires design skills that you may not have.  As part of our marketing system we will take your information and photos and prepare professional fliers for you.  We will provide PDF copies of your fliers to print as you need them...or we can provide you with printed  fliers for much less than other sources.
