No matter how great your website is—unless you are there in front of them when they are ready to do a transaction—you will not be the agent who gets their business. It does not matter that you have given them tons information and they have repeatedly returned to your site to search the listings in the area. If you are not there in front of them at the moment of decision you do not get the busienss from the prospect.
